Please note: Vessa London does not offer free returns. Return shipping costs and applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt, provided the conditions below are met.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

The item must be returned complete, including all original parts, components, and packaging, in the same condition as received.

The product must show signs of normal handling only. Damage caused by careless use will not be accepted.

Items for which hygiene is relevant must be thoroughly cleaned prior to return.

Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt of the product.

Once received, returns are processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.
Vessa London reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears to have been used, worn, or damaged through no fault of our own.
How to Return an Order
If your return meets the above conditions, please follow the steps below to initiate the return process:

Reason for the return

Clear photos of the product (required in case of damage or defects)

Customer’s full name

Customer’s full return address

Once your request has been reviewed, Vessa London will provide you with the correct return address.
Important:
Do not return items to the sender address. Returns sent without authorisation or to an incorrect address may not be processed.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing & Shipping
Vessa London operates with a fully automated order processing system. Orders are dispatched shortly after being placed and cannot be cancelled once shipping has begun. Refunds are therefore not possible while goods are in transit.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Vessa London by clear written communication (e.g. email). The withdrawal is considered complete only once the returned goods have been received.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Shipments in Transit
As our products are shipped from Asia, transit times may vary and are outside our control. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. In this case, please wait until delivery and then initiate a return..
You may notify us of your intention to cancel in advance. To ensure the fastest possible processing, we kindly request a shipping confirmation once the return has been sent.
Refunds
Upon successful withdrawal and receipt of the returned goods, Vessa London will refund all payments received excluding delivery costs (unless a more expensive delivery method was selected).
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items and will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund itself.

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
